Weren't we the luckiest class ever with six different visitors coming in to read to us for "Read In Week"
We heard a Robert Munsch story (love a good Canadian author!),
the story of Creation from the Action Bible,
a Fancy Nancy story, one that we hadn't read yet!
Piggie Pie (complete with voices),
a Max Lucado story to remind us to take time for Our Father,
and another Max Lucado story to remind us that we should be happy with ourselves, just the way God made us! Thank you to the parents, to Father and Sister for taking time to come to our class. They are welcome anytime!
Just a reminder that if your child is preparing for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Communion this school year, there will be changes to ensure that your family has all the support it needs for this special time in the child's life. To explain the changes there will be a meeting at Our Lady of Perpetual Help parish on Tuesday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. Please make plans to attend.
